I have been looking for an easy, yummy recipe for breakfast cassarole for a long time…I have finally found it! I love my pampered chef covered baker and this recipe works perfectly in it.
Step one. Spray your baker with olive oil spray and cut up a can of biscuit dough or Cresent roll dough… (which is what I used because it was what I had)
Step two. Mix 6 eggs, a splash of milk, salt and pepper
Step 3. Brown your sausage in a skillet and drain on a paper towel. Spread over the biscuit dough.
Step 4. Add about 3/4 to 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Step 5. Pour egg mixture evenly over dough, sausage and cheese.
Step 6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes without lid until the middle is set.
It is absolutly delicious even the kids loved it…this will certainly be my go to from now on for special occasions!
